In our experience, with family members who require accessible accommodations, having an elevator was always top priority in the design of this home. All four floors are accessible via elevator, so no one is missing out on the fun and views.
ADA Compliant Bathroom
Accessibility for all is the theme for Noah's Ark, and the bathrooms were no exception. We created a ADA compliant bathroom - deep bench seating and hand held sprayer in the shower, and grab bars throughout for anyone requiring extra assistance.
Activities
Inside you'll find books, board games, and TVs in nearly every room plus a kitchen and wet bar to keep busy even in the gloomiest of days. Outside, you'll find four adult bikes (helmets too!), ping pong, and a 6-burner gas grill to keep the fun going all day long.
